Staffs (Mr Umar, Mr. Hassan, the lady Receptonist ) - are approachable and helpful. They are quick to reply / supply to your needs and demands in the room. ******* The room was upgraded by the female receptionist in charge on that day - i wanted to acknowledge her here in my comment section, but i forgot her name.👍 Mr Umar assisted me in booking through online night before we checked in (booking.com) and updated us the booking and gave us details of the stay 👌 through phone call. Mr Hassan provided us with our needs in the room in a quick manner, and he is very polite. ********* My friends and I enjoyed the sauna, and we had a comfortable overnight stay. In the morning, i called the reception center, and the male receptionist allowed us to take a late check out by 2:00 PM instead of 12 noon.

The folks at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in somewhat earlier than the official check-in time which is very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is comfy. The location is good, it's about a 7 min walk to a busy bus station which can take you to any direction. The metro is a bit more in distance and not that close by. There is a supermarket very close by and all sort of shops around it. Overall it's a great value for money type of place to stay.

The property is very easy to get to. The staff are very kind, especially Zeshan and Omar the manager, if I remember correctly. They saw that we have a kid with us so they gave us an upgrade. Someone always comes in to tidy the room and they keep us hydrated with complimentary water bottles. The ref served its purpose making sure we have cold water before heading out to the heat. There is a mall close to the hotel so it’s very convenient to buy necessities.

Pretty easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. All branches of the main banks are very near as well as Burjuman metro station. Bus station very close. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice bar\club inside the hotel with shishas and music. Very good room cleaning, fast laundry. The complimentary minty dates/sweets in the room are my favorites :)
