Everything was ok in Room size was good and bathroom was good Location was mentioned near metro but in reality it was far from Metro and with Luggage its difficult to manage as usual dubai traffic is consuming time if we are in Taxi it was clean and good stay

Staffs (Mr Umar, Mr. Hassan, the lady Receptonist ) - are approachable and helpful. They are quick to reply / supply to your needs and demands in the room. ******* The room was upgraded by the female receptionist in charge on that day - i wanted to acknowledge her here in my comment section, but i forgot her name.👍 Mr Umar assisted me in booking through online night before we checked in (booking.com) and updated us the booking and gave us details of the stay 👌 through phone call. Mr Hassan provided us with our needs in the room in a quick manner, and he is very polite. ********* My friends and I enjoyed the sauna, and we had a comfortable overnight stay. In the morning, i called the reception center, and the male receptionist allowed us to take a late check out by 2:00 PM instead of 12 noon.

Front Office Manager Surya, Staff Maryam, Duty Manager Praveen, F&B service staff Sonu and Darshan all were very helpful and courteous during our stay. Thank You very much and keep up the good Customer Focus.

Pretty easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. All branches of the main banks are very near as well as Burjuman metro station. Bus station very close. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice bar\club inside the hotel with shishas and music. Very good room cleaning, fast laundry. The complimentary minty dates/sweets in the room are my favorites :)
